Terms of Use

1 · The service

Senti Trust anchors SHA-256 fingerprints of your records on a Hyperledger Fabric ledger and verifies them on request. We prove that a record existed, unchanged, at a point in time. We do not, and cannot, prove that the contents of a record were accurate when created — truth at the source remains your responsibility.

2 · Your account & credentials

• Access is granted to vetted organizations. Keep your portal password and API secret confidential — actions taken with your credentials are attributed to your organization.
• If a secret may be compromised, rotate it immediately in the portal. Rotation is instant and does not affect anchored records.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent security, or anchor unlawful content fingerprints.

3 · Anchoring is permanent

The ledger is append-only by design. Once committed, an anchor cannot be modified or removed by you or by us. Anchor only fingerprints of records you are entitled to process.

4 · Verification results

A successful verification states that a given hash was anchored by a named organization at a recorded time. Verification certificates are evidence of ledger state at the moment of issue. Interpreting what a verified record means for any business, audit, or regulatory purpose is the verifier's responsibility.

5 · Service & liability

We operate the service with care but provide it "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
